Steve

Steve

Major: Exercise Science

Fitness Philosophy: My style of training focuses on compound lifts rather than isolation lifts. Not only do they work multiple muscles at the same time, they will help you achieve your goals (speed, strength, endurance, etc.) much faster than isolation movements. Working out with effort and intensity is also a key component to my style of training, so don’t be afraid to work hard when you go to the gym!

Personal Interests: In my free time, I enjoy weight training, watching movies, cars, and power lifting.
